This holiday in Comics Quest we’re going to retell the incredible myths and stories of ANCIENT GREECE! From the labours of Heracles, the horror of the Minotaur, the greed of King Midas and the epic journey of Odysseus, we’re going to be exploring the full highs and lows of these wonderous tales.

Across eight activities, each student will work towards retelling one myth in comics form.

During this masterclass, we will be building both fundamental comics making skills as well as advanced drawing techniques. Essential skills such as narrative pacing, choosing the right moment for each panel and dialogue will be taught in depth alongside anatomy, perspective, shading and much more.

Comics is an incredible medium that combines aspects of visual arts, graphic design, calligraphy and literature into something wholly unique.

Our small class size of only 12, means that each student will get the feedback and attention they need in order to achieve their best outcome.
