Saturdays 3:30pm – 5:00pm, 8 x 1.5hr lessons
Join Elizabeth Marruffo as we explore the incredible life and times of beloved English writer, illustrator and scientist, Beatrix Potter.
During this course we will be learning to craft needle-felted animals in the style of Beatrix Potter, using naturally dyed wools. We will wet-felt a burrow home for our animals and sculpt vegetables and accessories out of modelling clay. Then, we will create a gentle woven, woolen wheel, inspired by the tales of Peter Rabbit.
Saturday afternoon session 1 runs at 1.30pm – 3.00pm from the 24th of April until the 26th of June
